We offer free delivery and tax to multiple locations all over the world, and we offer free shipping for all of our products.

  • Shipping Carriers

United States: Delivery via USPS, 6-8 business days.

United Kingdom: Delivery via Royal Mail, 5-7 business days.

Singapore: Delivery via Qxpress, 3-5 business days.

Australia: Delivery via PFLogistics/Aramex/Australia Post, 6-9 business days.

Rest of World: Delivery via Post Air Mail, 7-21 business days.

  • Customs Taxes

Customers are responsible for the customs tax when your country asks for it. We can provide the details of information to help to solve the customs tax.

  • Undelivered or Returned

Please review and ensure that you provided the correct address and contact information. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to the wrong or incomplete address that you provided.

As undelivered and will be tagged as a return to sender. In the event that this occurs, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment, and you will bear the additional costs incurred. If your country no return service, your parcel will be destroyed.

  • Cancel Order

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Kindly notify our customer service to cancel order before order processed.

Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & Contact information.

  • Order Process

All orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, and packing and dispatching of orders. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. 

In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods. Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional one business day. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and deliverable.

  • Order Tracking

Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatched email, If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If the parcel has not arrived after you had expected it to, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help by contacting the courier on your behalf. 

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery.
